ABOUT THE SAINT JOHN COMMUNITY VOICE

Hi, Neighbour.

The Saint John Community Voice is a people-powered storytelling initiative celebrating the vibrant, diverse, and ever-evolving stories that shape the fabric of life in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Born out of a desire to elevate local voices and spotlight underrepresented perspectives, this platform brings together stories of resilience, creativity, connection, and contribution from individuals and groups who call Saint John home. Whether you’re new to the city, a long-time resident, or somewhere in between, your story matters. And we want to help you share it.

Through interviews, features, photography, and first-person accounts, the Saint John Community Voice documents the lived experiences that often go untold — from grassroots efforts and cultural celebrations to emerging artists, authors, and everyday changemakers. It’s about making space for authenticity, belonging, and the shared humanity that binds us.
